‘Nirmala’ offers Vertical Disc type check valves, these valves are often called flap or Disc type valves. They generally offer good flow characteristics and usually require installation in the vertical position with the flow going upwards.
The disc is guided once it moves to a completely open position or to a completely closed position. Soft seated check valves give improved leak tightness compared to metal-to-metal seating surfaces.
We recommend its usage is clear liquid application wherein no slurry particles are present so as to minimize clogging of the guided disc.
